How do I Get Started?
From the moment you contact Eden you will feel the difference in everything regarding your property. Initially we will visit the property at no charge or advanced commitment on your part. We will then assess its annual earning potential in the current Israeli market. We will then listen and learn your needs and expectations regarding the property in order to submit a proposal detailing our plan of action and the costs involved.

What services do you actually offer?
This really depends on your own expectations and needs regarding your property but in principle we take care of every aspect of property management. In order to relieve you of this headache and hassle we worry about really everything and anything tied to the property. This begins with preparing the property for rental and setting the appropriate rental fee. We then manage the entire rental process that includes advertising the property, filtering and screening potential tenants and managing the negotiation process until a proper contract is signed. We make sure the tenant clearly understands everything about the ongoing operations of the property and visit every property on a regular basis both by appointment as well as by surprise visit. We make sure all bills are paid in a timely fashion and collect the rent- we can even deposit it in your account if you wish. We gladly arrange all repairs necessary. As soon as Eden is in the picture you will no longer have any need to be in contact with the tenants. What you will have is the peace of mind that we are carefully watching over and maintaining your investment.

What do I do if there’s a problem in the apartment?
In such a situation you actually do not have to contact us or do anything at all! Eden operates a 24/7 customer service hotline for tenants who have an emergency problem or repair tied to the property. Any service call from a tenant will be dealt by Eden independently with in accordance wit the pre-agreed service agreement. We will always do our utmost to not involve you, unless specified otherwise, in any way but when necessary. When appropriate we will contact you to coordinate the correct plan of action to resolve the issue at hand. In principle the property owner is always relieved of all communication and contact with the tenant thus preventing any awkward or unnecessary interaction.

Do I really need someone to manage my property for me?
We do believe that you probably can do an outstanding job managing your property, but that you just might not currently be interested or available to do so. This is exactly why we offer our services to manage your property professionally. Our close to forty years of experience places us in a unique position to find you the right tenant and set correct rental fee.
